Service Agreement

SERVICE AGREEMENT

Welcome to Scientise7 (Pvt.) Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our services or accessing our website at www.scientise7.com (“Site”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following service agreement:

1. Services
   We provide eCommerce, digital, and IT services, including but not limited to website development, mobile application development, graphic designing, logos, content writing, and related consulting. The scope of work, timelines, and deliverables will be defined in individual project proposals or statements of work.

2. Client Responsibilities
   You agree to provide all necessary information, materials, and approvals needed for us to perform our services. Failure to provide required resources in a timely manner may result in project delays or additional fees.

3. Fees & Payment
   All fees will be clearly stated in a project proposal or invoice. Invoices must be paid within the specified timeframe. Late payments may incur interest or additional administrative fees. We reserve the right to suspend or cease work if payment is not received on time.

4. Intellectual Property
   Unless otherwise stated, all project deliverables (e.g., designs, code, text) become the property of the Client upon receipt of full payment. We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential work for promotional purposes.

5. Confidentiality
   We will maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared by the Client for the purpose of project completion, unless required by law or explicit written permission is provided.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
   We strive to provide quality services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of the Site.

7. Termination
   Either party may terminate this Agreement if the other party breaches its obligations and fails to cure the breach within a reasonable period. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any fees owed for work completed up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
   This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our principal office is located. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation or binding arbitration, as determined by applicable law.

9. Amendments
   We may update or revise this Service Agreement at our discretion. Changes take effect upon posting on our Site. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
